As\u00ed lo destac\u00f3 en el XXXV Congreso de la Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de Diabetes (SED) <strong>Jonatan R. Ruiz<\/strong>, profesor titular de Universidad en la Facultad de Ciencias del Deporte de la Universidad de Granada, quien subray\u00f3 que \u201chacer alguna actividad f\u00edsica es siempre mejor que no hacer nada, y m\u00e1s es mejor que menos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para el profesor Ruiz, \u201crealizar ejercicio es como tomar una \u2018p\u00edldora\u2019 milagrosa dise\u00f1ada para disminuir los niveles de glucosa en la sangre\u201d, p\u00edldora que adem\u00e1s \u201cno viene con efectos secundarios negativos cuando se programa de forma adecuada; al contrario, ofrece un espectro muy amplio de beneficios adicionales para la salud\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-12633-3\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-12633-3-0\"
