No hi ha res m\u00e9s efectiu per cuidar el nostre cor que practicar activitat f\u00edsica de manera constant i habitual. La manca d'activitat f\u00edsica \u00e9s un factor de risc superior a les malalties cardiovasculars que el tabaquisme. Incre\u00efble, oi? Segons aquest estudi pioner, publicat a la revista cient\u00edfica americana de malalties infeccioses <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Infectious Diseases and Therapy<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, mantenir una activitat f\u00edsica regular va augmentar fins a vuit vegades les possibilitats de superviv\u00e8ncia dels pacients estudiats respecte als qui portaven una vida davant del 13,8% del grup amb un estil de vida sedentari. \u00c9s a dir, les persones que fan exercici regularment tenen fins a vuit vegades m\u00e9s probabilitats de superviv\u00e8ncia que les
