Aix\u00f2 no pot estar m\u00e9s lluny de la realitat. Segons afirma Ang\u00e9lica Rodrigo, una de les professionals de la sala de fitness del Cdo: <em>\"En primer lloc, no \u00e9s tan f\u00e0cil muscular o aconseguir el cos d'un culturista, i en segon lloc, sempre insistim que realitzar exercicis amb pesos o en m\u00e0quines de musculaci\u00f3 ens aporta for\u00e7a i ens ajuda a fer que la nostra figura sigui m\u00e9s tonificada i esvelta\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, que ning\u00fa pensi que per treballar a la sala de fitness acabar\u00e0 semblant Dwayne Johnson (\u2018La Roca\u2019). Al contrari, guanyar\u00e0 forma f\u00edsica i aconseguir\u00e0 assolir el seu objectiu m\u00e9s r\u00e0pidament i de manera m\u00e9s efica\u00e7, ja sigui la p\u00e8rdua de pes o la tonificaci\u00f3 muscular, entre d'altres.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-12733-2\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-12733-2-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-12733-2-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"3\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Entre els mites contra els quals volem lluitar hi ha tamb\u00e9 la creen\u00e7a falsa que, si l'objectiu \u00e9s baixar de pes, \u00e9s millor fer nom\u00e9s activitats cardiovasculars en comptes d'entrenar amb pesos. Per descomptat, el c\u00e0rdio \u00e9s molt benefici\u00f3s per a la salut i crema calories, per\u00f2 amb l'entrenament amb pes podem aconseguir una cosa encara millor per lluitar contra el greix: crear massa muscular, que \u00e9s, per si mateixa, el millor cremador de greix natural que existeix.<\/p>\n<p>Precisament, el doble objectiu de perdre greix i guanyar m\u00fascul, que \u00e9s el que busca la majoria dels usuaris de gimn\u00e0s, \u00e9s m\u00e9s assequible quan es combina l'entrenament de c\u00e0rdio amb el de for\u00e7a. Aix\u00f2 s'aconsegueix perdent la por d'entrar a la sala de fitness i deixant-se aconsellar, per descomptat, per algun dels nostres monitors i monitores especialitzats en rutines esportives. En els \u00faltims anys, hem vist canvis de tend\u00e8ncia en els gimnasos pel que fa a l'\u00fas segons g\u00e8neres i edats, i cada vegada s\u00f3n m\u00e9s dones i m\u00e9s joves els qui trien aquest tipus d'entrenament, amb una tend\u00e8ncia creixent cap al treball amb pesos lliures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lesions i seguretat en l'entrenament de for\u00e7a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un altre dels mites comuns entre els usuaris de gimn\u00e0s que no s'atreveixen a entrar a la sala de fitness fa refer\u00e8ncia a la por de patir una lesi\u00f3 amb aquest tipus d'entrenament. Davant d'aix\u00f2, cal tenir en compte que, si b\u00e9 mai estem exempts de la possibilitat de patir una lesi\u00f3 en practicar qualsevol esport (fins i tot executant altres activitats), la millor manera d'evitar-ho \u00e9s confiar en els professionals de la sala, sobretot en les vostres primeres visites, perqu\u00e8 us ensenyin a utilitzar cada m\u00e0quina correctament en funci\u00f3 del vostre pes, al\u00e7ada i condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica. <em>\"No val aix\u00f2 de mirar qui tens al costat i imitar-lo, perqu\u00e8 potser qui tens al costat tamb\u00e9 ho est\u00e0 fent malament\"<\/em>, destaca Ang\u00e9lica. No dubteu a preguntar qualsevol dubte per poder realitzar un entrenament segur i a la vostra mesura.<\/p>\n<p>Ja no hi ha excuses! Necessiteu m\u00e9s raons per comen\u00e7ar a entrenar amb pesos a la sala de fitness?
